Groups

I prefer teaching in small groups up to 10 people.

My focus is the anatomical alignment and the connection with ones own breath.

My classes usually contain a more static part to get into the feeling and understanding about the alignment of your own body.

This will be followed by a flow. Therefore I usually teach „Hatha-Flow“ which will enable each of you to move in it’s own pace.
