There is an endless number or Yoga styles.
I did study with many teachers or different traditions and I´ve learned a lot from each of them. So, there is no specific tradition I committed to. Sometimes the styles that you´re not falling in love with in an instant are the ones you gain from the most.
I´ve learned that for me the most fulfilling practice is a combination of traditional Hatha Yoga and flowing sequences. And that´s what I do – practice classical Asanas and put them together in a Flow. Add some matching music, that's it.
However, most important is to get in touch with yourself and your senses. Whatever you gonna call it: at the end of the day it´s always Yoga.
In this modern world it´s not easy to keep body and mind in balance. In our daily lifes we deal with stressful jobs and new media that makes us available for everybody everywhere and any time. While the mind gets more and more overloaded our body gets neglected since we sit a lot or do the same movements again and again.
Yoga as a powerful system to help you get back in balance an learn different technics to calm the monkey mind.
